2. Subscribe to the "Get Started" subscription

3. When we get the confirmation of your subscription, we'll connect with you to schedule your assessment and get you set up on the SP2 Mobility Coaching App.

2. Select your package from the store.

3. When you sign up, you'll receive an email with a link to the SP2 Mobility Coaching App and a username and password.

4. Download the app and log in.

5. Meet with a coach in person or over a remote video session for a movement assessment and to discuss your fitness goals.

6. We'll program the video series speciffically currated for you and we'll book a time to meet again based on your subscription.
